You can’t draw causality like that. The article reports the suicide rate which is why it’s useful. To infer causality beyond that requires more research and info, and even then you do not get to causality.
Problem is, it’s not natural. You think these people are women when they’re men. If they’re actually women, why do they need to butcher their bodies and take drugs to be women?
Their ostracized by society, you claim. Why? Because they’re butchering their bodies and taking drugs to be something they are not and that’s never going to be acceptable by healthy normal human beings.

That's likensaying blacks during the civil rights movement had a lot of social support and protection because there were politicians and people fighting for them, but they still faced racism.
