It is but it is more natural. I make a hydration drink with honey and Himalayan salt. I drink one or two a day. There are health benefits to honey. I love the **** LOL

The water is really important. I drink water, eat veggies and try to eat little meat. I am fortunate I am not a pasta/bread person. I have no advice for staying away from that lol
