I'm not against the abstract at all Soul, but it could certainly be abused by whoever was in power at the time and make life more difficult for a lot of people depending on their outlooks and what is in fashion at any given moment. Going against what the constitution stands for.
But, not a bad idea. I'm just curious as to how it would be applied in real life.

I'm not against the concept but I do think we'll need the equivalent of the Founding Fathers to write up what the solution should be.
I've nothing against either the democrats or the republicans but I wouldn't trust either of them with this process right now Soul.

Nah, I think some democrat in washington holds that crown. Actually there are several whom fight over it daily so which one currently has it is rather difficult to keep track of. As of yesterday I think it was Harris, day before it was Tlaib and so on and so forth.
