Why is it so difficult to find a job working nights?

It's funny you mention something like this because my dad sold his house to a private company so they can do stay over night shifts caring for young/vunerable people.
I might ask around as I would prefer nights due to having a child. There's nothing worse than being at work during the day and you have to pick your kid up due to an accident. It happened 3 times within a month last year and I count my lucky stars that I wasn't working lol -

My best friend has done it for 25 years. We only have 4 clients. They are in the vulnerable category. I do half a week there over night because we are looking for an overnight crew. We are willing to pay quite a bit for it LOL.
We can sleep, some homes the clients require an awake caretaker. We thankfully do not. Ask about that. Then you are not tired during the day.
