You don’t have a right to shout bomb in a cinema and you don’t have a right to incite
VIOLENCE
or spread harmful misinformation.
Hatred is subject and thus can not be legislated. Nor should it be. Jordan was correct hateful things SHOULD be said. They MUST be subjected to and rejected by public scrutiny.

free speech should not be restricted under any circumstances. that doesn't mean if you say something that infringes on another's rights that there won't be consequences. as far as being compelled to use pronouns, it's my right to use a pronoun that i consider doesn't offend me.
