Marie Dressler's scene at the end of "Dinner at Eight" with Jean Harlow gets my vote for the funniest double-take reaction ever. It makes me howl every single time I watch it - and then she follows it up with one of the funniest lines ever. Just for that one minute on screen, she is one of the immortals!

Just finished seeing this movie on TCM tonight. I remember seeing a clip of this scene when she stopped in her tracks and the reaction she gave to Jean Harlow's character. funny scene and she was good in this movie.
