Well we all have our tastes and opinions. That is what makes the world go around. Tanya probably suffered because the producers mostly just wanted to get enough episodes for syndication and were going through the rounds.
I watched the show for glamour mostly and I was relieved when they finally started defrizzing poor Shelley's hair. -

Roberts had a sweet vulnerability about herself, she lacked pretense and was natural and charming. She was also the most attractive of ALL the angels. Hack was just that, a hack. She was lucky enough just to be cast.

I find Hack bland and a lacked a projected charisma that could have made her character more appealing. Even Smith, who's Kellie was more reserved and straight laced had her own uniqueness. Hack wasn't that endearing to me.
