If you take the red pill you wake up in the real world and realise you've been living in the AI world of the Matrix.
If you take the blue pill you'll go on living your 'normal' life and never know anything about the Matrix or the real world, - so the blue pill does nothing.

There's nothing there. You whizz down a bolt of light through a vast open emptiness which I presume is your brain shutting down. There's no pearly gates or singing angels. There's no whole life flash of memories. It's just what's left of your consciousness and your brain attempting to comfort you with warm feelings as you inevitably drift off to nothingness.
