You can buy a taco or fajita kit from the supermarket. You can even buy the chicken (for chicken fajitas) already formed into strips and seasoned.
There are easier things to make, though. There are meal kits you basically just dump into a pan and cook. -

Like Iβm not culinarily incapable. I can cut vegetables and prepare a genuine meal. I could make her fish if I wanted to (I donβt). If it sucks sheβll still say itβs good. All upside baby. Praise Jesus.
