And then there's
Dean Philip Carter
who isn't an innocent lamb.
But pretty sure he didn't do it. While he was cruising around high as a kite, stealing and doing other nonsense, two serial killers were on the spree in L.A.
He's on death row/jail since 1984.

Got his appeal files online and somewhat 'surprised' how easily people get judged.
Same here in Germany, don't want to blame US.
