I have no idea. Maybe somewhere, like in Supernatural, there is a portal to Heaven, but you need to be a full celestial being to open it. Maybe, it will be introduced later. I mean, they still haven't really explained how Lucifer, Maze, Amanediel, Mom (what's her real name) and Uriel ended up on Earth

Amenadiel and Uriel had wings and could go back and forth (no longer an option for Amenadiel at the moment).
Mom's soul somehow managed to reach Earth when the gates of Hell opened.
Luci flew to Earth and then asked Maze to cut his wings off. He could have carried Maze. -

Yeah, I know that, but that does not explain how they ended up on Earth. I'm pretty sure that digging a hole to China wont get you into Hell. It's in another dimension, so to speak. As Heaven is also. So, there must be a gate/portal or something. Same with Heaven. Or else every astronout would end up in it when going in to space.

I don't think it's a "real" place that we could reach by digging way down or flying. It must be on another "plane of existence".
I think they can teleport with their wings. Amenadiel used to appear in (and leave) places that had closed windows. -

In the comic, they just can. There are no gateways, angels just have the ability to travel between planes, as long as they have wings. This is why, at a certain point in the story, Lucifer has to recover his wings after cutting them off so that he can travel freely.
There's only one actual gateway to another plane of existence in the comic, a gateway leading outside of God's creation, which God allowed Lucifer to create using a letter of passage in exchange for doing Him a favor, thereby granting Lucifer what he wanted, an escape. And people from all over are attracted to it and try to take control of it. Lucifer goes through that gateway and creates an alternate universe, and places it under the rule of a God he has chosen for the job.
So, no, it's never explained how the angels are able to descend to Earth or Hell or anyother realms, they just can. It's part of their divine nature to be able to do so, just as Amenadiel can come to earth but humans can't go to Heaven. Most recently, in the comic, Maze has The Lightbringer's powers and she fashions her own wings so that she can accompany Lucifer to Heaven. So clearly the wings are a big part of an angel's ability to travel interdimensionally.
It will be interesting to find out how Mom was able to get to earth and why she can't get to Heaven. Something doesn't add up unless her banishment from The Silver City means she physically can't go back. God could certainly do that. He can do anything he wants, which makes the whole idea of Him needing Lucifer or Amenadiel to handle anything on earth pretty silly. More likely their involvement is all part of His plan. Hopefully, we'll find out more, soon.

God could certainly do that. He can do anything he wants, which makes the whole idea of Him needing Lucifer or Amenadiel to handle anything on earth pretty silly.
This idea is just as silly for religions as well. Why god needs angels, messengers, human agents, prophets, etc., etc.

not really. lets say one day you wake up with the power to do basically anything you want. so you use that power to invent some awesome tehnology, now that you can do almost anything do you A mass produce the invention with your powers or B start a fabrication company and hire a bunch of workers.
just because god can do anything doesn't mean he would do absolutely everything himself if he can just as easily send a messenger why wouldn't he -

Pos1. They'll use Azrael's Blade somehow to make Azrael show up and then persuade her (or even threaten her) to give them a lift up.
Pos2. We still don't know what kinda powers Mom's really got now. Once she co-created the Angels in the Big-Bang with her Ex. So maybe she'd have the power to give Lucifer/Amenadiel new wings (who knows, maybe she's the reason at all that Amenadiel got impotent!).
Pos3. They'll borrow the phone from Fiore and DeBlanc to call "Silver City Taxi". -

they didn't literally create the universe in the sense that they didn't snap there fingers. lucifer stated that his mom and dad fell in love and beep which caused the universe to come into existence, and they also had many children(all of the angels are naturally born the human way)

Here's my guess Rat. I think Mum will attempt to kill Chloe. If she succeeds, she'll assume that Lucifer will be so depressed that he'll want to go to Heaven. And God will then bring the whole family back into Heaven.

I imagine Chloe would go to heaven if she died. Killing her would make Lucifer want to go to heaven to get her back.
Although I think god is still protecting chloe for Lucifer, that's why Uriel's patterns didn't kill her?

I think god IS protecting her.
My theory, Chloe is nothing supernaturally special and God put this good-hearted person in Luci's path to change him. God knew Luci would meet her with Delilah's murder, and decided to make her immune to Lucifer's mojo and make him vulnerable, so that he would be intrigued and hang around her, and slowly change for the better. -

God can take any form He wants. If they stick with canon, He can appear as any human He wants, as Lucifer himself, as a ball of light, or as "The Presence" which is what He really is.
Mom clearly is not as powerful a deity as Dad if He was able to strip her of her power and send her to Hell.
I mean God is the ONE TRUE GOD. No other God is at His level, although lesser Gods do exist, in the comic anyway.
