Savitar is rumored to show up in tonight's episode and next episode, then will sit out the big crossover episode between the four superhero shows, and appear in the Winter hiatus where Alchemy's identity is revealed just like last season we learned who Zoom was (kind of) in the mid-season finale.

Savitr moves at the speed of light. Seems Flash is a bit out of league with that one. He can also move with ease through dimensions and heal wounds almost instantly. Hopefully they don't screw the character up.

I think Savitar is wearing a containment suit. He's reached the final stage of the take-in of Speedforce, having ceased the need for a physical body. His cells are in constant acceleration - making him so fast that he actually moves between the strings of reality.
Reverse-Flash and Zoom would have ended up the same way if they had acquired as much SF. Which would have taken them centuries - I think Savitar has already depleted whole dimensions of their Speedforce, having rendered them virtually motionless.
Savitar is the leader of a cult that follows him on his crusade. His disciples are organised by his right-hand man, Alchemy. I take it Alchemy built the suit for Savitar, fears and obeys him, but is secretly working against him. I guess Alchemy is trying to forge a weapon against his master. Kind of a Vader-Sidious thing. There's good in Alchemy (who will turn out to be the half-destroyed Original-Timeline-Eobard from S1 finale).
I think Wally is his intended weapon. Wally will become the incarnation of the Speedforce's savage nature, the fury of the Speedforce.
Barry will have to- save Wally
- stop Savitar from sucking all motion out of this dimension
- forge an alliance with Eobard Thawne.
Cool season ahead.
So don't expect miracles.
