I'm not remotely attracted to younger men, and it would feel so selfish to be with them.
Any man I've talked to under the age of 35 wants to start a family, but I'm content with only having my teenage son.
Even when I tell them I am not interested in having more children, they say they'd be willing to put aside their desire to have their own children.
Why would I want to do that to someone?
These dudes who are over 55 and dating 22 year olds are obviously only after the sex and ego boost. They have nothing substantial to offer in terms of family and long-term life partnership.
They'd be dead before their new children went off to college.
Anyone with empathy and ethics wouldn't do that to someone. -

I'm curious about this… Are these guys just that desperate for female attention or are they just looking to get a leg over?

And the younger women are just looking for a status or financial bump. They deserve each other in my opinion. Dating a 22 year old sounds like a ****ing nightmare to me.

Excellent question.
My theory only: Younger men (and women) still hold a very idealized and romanticized position on love.
Instead of being practical, wise, prudent, and discerning, they're far more willing to put their own needs and ambitions aside for love.
Which leads me to…

Exactly.
The caveat though is that a lot of these younger women have "daddy issues" (I despise that term, but that's a discussion for another time), and to use them for sexual gratification is predatory, IMO. -

Which would make sense to me if it applied to both sexes but I don't think that it does. A woman that wanted kids, simply would not sacrifice that for a single man. I think what you are seeing is more likely to be guys that have been starved of female attention and will do or say anything to keep a hold of it.
I know loads of guys like this. Work with loads of them in the IT industry. Typically these guys marry and have kids with the first woman that pays them any attention at all.
…to use them for sexual gratification is predatory
As is using men for resources. Like I said already - they deserve each other.

so in your mind what is worse? this is a very intriguing question bc it could go either way: guys who use girls 20 years younger than them for sex or girls who use guys 20 years older than them for money?

I am not attracted to young women and view them as kids.
Also, I like to talk and there's not much to talk about with young women as they tend to have very limited interests. Again, that's like talking to a child for me and I don't get excited by that.
However, I understand.
Women tend to get bitter and weird as they get older. I can't think of any females I know who are "alive" as they get older, like they are interested in the world, exercise, being creative, and so on.
I know lots of men with hobbies and don't know any women with hobbies. Like I've mentioned, younger women are like kids so they get excited about stuff.
If you take a young woman to a restaurant, she will get excited. If you take an older one she will be like, I could have made this at home, there's a draft on my legs, etc.
Older women are typically "wet blankets" and not very fun to be around or just okay to be around. -

That's what women think because my women are douchebags.
You can see that by what you posted.
There's a vast difference in the desire to be with someone who is clearly enjoying themselves and expecting someone to "perform" as if they are enjoying, when they aren't.
The "bitter douche" woman is never in the moment but always evaluating what is happening, what should be happening vs is, and so forth. That's the formula for bitterness.
Many women, if you notice, end up alone and with an animal. That's because the animal can't talk, can't really love, and is under the control of the woman. That's a reflection of the psychology of the woman, not the men in her life.
Many women, young and old, are simply never happy. That's because they are smart enough to find fault but not smart enough to stop finding fault. It's why women are good at many work tasks but not relationships. -

The great majority of women get married and have children. Maybe the women you meet who have always been single are like that, but they are in the minority. most transition their identity to being a mother. Thus they are not alone.

I think he's really only referring to a specific woman.
He's a misogynist. Notice how he thinks the standard hobbies women have do not qualify as hobbies at all.
Fitness isn't a hobby anyway. It's a lifestyle. And only the very wealthy can afford gym memberships. Even gyms are like meat markets. Most go there to find a mate as they get their work out on. The rest of us are bound to sports or YouTube exercise videos in order to stay active. -

What are some female hobbies?
How many females do you know that like talking about history, science, current events, and so on?
Classically, women do not have hobbies or deep interests in things.
You are literally an example of that.
In addition, I just tell it like it is, I do not have a dislike of females. Just the same, I don't dislike squirrels for not acting like dogs.
I wish they would, but they do not.
