Yeah let’s just ignore the guy that pointed a firearm at two people and pulled the trigger like a retard.
If you or anyone else did it you’d be in prison, but because he’s rich and famous he gets away with it. -

And if it was in the script that he had to shoot at people?
The buck falls with the armourer. To let a live bullet on the set is the most incompetent thing an armourer can do. It should be their bread and butter
But she is being defended because she is a woman. Who are always given reprieve from accountability when there is a man around who can be blamed.

There is no law that protects you after you fire a gun at someone just because you’re shooting a screenplay.
Also on film sets they’re not supposed to aim real firearms at anyone either.
If you were shooting a movie in your backyard with your buddies and ‘accidentally’ killed one of them with a gun you would not get away with saying “but it wuz in muh script”.
Alec Baldwin gets away with it because he’s rich and famous, just like John Landis did, and all those other Hollywood trashholes. -

I assumed they overcharged him (murder) and that's why he got off. Apparently it was involuntary manslaughter which should have stuck.
It's on you to check the firearm you're handling once you lay hands on it. I don't care what the armorer or anyone else told you.

He didn't aim and fire at someone. The prop gun, that the useless armourer had loaded with real ammo, accidentally discharges as he cocks the hammer. Which also counts as a failing on the armourer's part.
Like I said, in the script he has to shoot someone. So that bullet was getting fired for real at some point. Which is down to the armourer on set. Why are you not laying any blame at her feet? The evidence pointing to her is undeniable.
You aren't blaming her because she is a woman. And you are suffering from inherent bias towards men.
If you were shooting a movie in your backyard with your buddies and ‘accidentally’ killed one of them with a gun you would not get away with saying “but it wuz in muh script”.
Is this a serious retort? How is this scenario comparable to a licensed movie set with an industry approved armourer?

He aimed the gun at people you ****ing moron. That is a negligent discharge. It doesn’t matter that it was an accident. You never aim a firearm at anything you’re not willing to kill.
We’re talking about Baldwin dumbass, stay on topic you misogynist ****wit.
What is a “licensed movie set”? Why do you think that protects you from killing people anymore than shooting a movie in your backyard?

Stop foaming at the mouth pal. You are making yourself look like a petulant child. Try to keep your composure more.
He aimed the gun at people
It's a film about the wild west
. Do you think Keanu Reeves went through all those John Wick and Matrix films without aiming a gun at anyone? This is a useless argument, and you know it.
That is a negligent discharge
She wasn't killed by a negligent discharge. She was killed by a negligent armourer who allowed a live bullet into a gun that was always going to be fired at some point. The fact that you can't even acknowledge this fact points to your blatant sexism.
What is a “licensed movie set”?
A set approved to have prop firearms supplied by a competent armourer.
Why do you think that protects you from killing people anymore than shooting a movie in your backyard?
You are making a false equivalency here. People just shooting stuff in there backyard wouldn't be granted a license.

Are you legitimately this retarded or jus trolling? No, Keanu Reeves never pointed a real ****ing gun at anyone in either the Matrix or John Wick movies. They don’t even use real firearms in John Wick. Dipshit.
Baldwin was the guy who pointed the gun at people. We’re talking about Baldwin here, stop deflecting and making this about politics you dumb ****
️
Let me explain something to you clown, independent filmmakers like you shooting in your backyard can apply for the DGA and pay a “licensed” armourer too. Or you go to a gun range and the armourer gives you a firearm to practice with. Just because someone with the job title “armourer” hands you a gun and says it’s okay to point it at someone and cock the trigger doesn’t absolve you of responsibility. There is no “movie set license” that gives you immunity from negligence. If you did this you would be in prison yesterday, because you’re not rich and famous like Baldwin.
This is how I talk, get the **** over it, take your medicine and stop being a triggered crybaby
