I love Kate and follow her on Instagram. She's had a very tough time recently, she lost her step-father to cancer, her mum is very sick with cancer, her beloved pet passed away and she herself was battling a serious illness.
Edit: forgot to add that she also gets a lot of abuse and concern trolling for being so thin.

Yeah I saw a video of her dancing with her mum and it was really cute but everyone was going on about how skinny she was. I mean, yeah, she could do with plumping up a bit but it was sad how the focus was taken away from the sweet dancing and instead calling her anorexic.

She once said that her Instagram content is mostly to entertain her mum!
I looked up her illness and it's
stress-related tear where the stomach meets the esophagus and a flare of her mast cell disease
which all sounds horrendous.
She'll probably gain back some weight when her life is less stressful and then people will no doubt be calling her fat.

I thought she looked great. I always have. Also, with all of that going on in her life, she may well have lost weight from the stress.
I think she's beautiful, and she's always gotten some sort of flack for also always looking young.
It took me a minute to figure out that was her, but I can still tell. To me, she looks great as always. Also, she isn't "thin" but notice how muscular she is. She's very lean, and that usually translates to being healthy and fit, especially if that's her norm. Skinny would be Eugenia Cooney. Eugenia is skeletal and looks horrific. Kate is trim and petite.

Fragile female ego. Some women just can’t handle aging out. She was revered as a sex goddess in those Underworld films.
Unless she is ill or something but this picture looks like she is showing off her weight loss.
