Superhero movies are better than Cronenberg movies

Wagner making operas is ALL different than today's craftsmen making films about the "modern gods". The former is vibrant art, the latter is popcorn for eyes.
Cronenberg has a right to an opinion, regardless of whether he has or hasn't made a film which could be labeled as "cinematic art"16d0. And I don't really get what's the fuss about what he said of the latest Batman Why people don't see it's basically a children's tale of a guy who wears latex suit and a mask shaped as a bat is beyond me. And to watch it and treat it seriously is kind of ridiculous.
I can enjoy it (latest Batman), because it's nicely made, with fight scenes and a somewhat interesting plot, but to call it deep or imply it would stand in the same corner as true cinematic art pieces, is really far fetched. -

Even though he's talking about the wrong "Crash," at least he's correct about it being a stupid movie to win Best Picture.
My short films:

Fact
I hate it when people just say FACT. It is never backed up by an argument, just one word that is supposed to convince everyone. 'Fact' means no room for debate, yet these are movies and this is a messageboard, so there is plenty of room to debate this. Fact!
