      You yearn for a time when things were simpler. Nothing wrong with that. What I don't understand is why so much emphasis is put on a person's sex life. Why are we all so interested in what people do with their genitals?

          True. He like many of her others had more talent as well as dignity as well as career longevity that many stars now do not/will not have.

            Progress has to happen. I like the old stars too, but have grown tired of the "They were so much better back in the old days." I agree that they were, but people rant about it way too much.
            The days Perkins lived in were different. A star was expected to be recognizable to the public and to be able to carry a movie. Nowadays, the most recognizable stars are the veterans.
