He seems like one.

Everyone seems to be saying this and much of it stems from the Larry King incident. That however was supposed to be a joke that went wrong. On the other hand look at the interview below. This guy doesn't even konw who Jerry Seinfeld is-he gets his name wrong. Yet Seinfeld takes it here.

Between the way he managed to keep nearly all the profits of Seinfeld for himself (even though he was the show's weakest link), the way he married a woman six months after he met her while she was on her honeymoon with another man, and the way he insulted Missy Lapine after his wife stole her book, I'd say yes, he is a colossal prick.

Hush your mouth! You must bow to Jerry, because while he was the WORST on his own show, you cant say that he was mean! Forget the fact that he was well into his 30's and was dating a 17 year old girl, that dosent count. Forget he met his wife on her honeymoon and then I Guess promised her money and gifts because she got a divorce faster then ever. Then when he NEEDED the actors again, "Suddenly there was money for them to have for the DVDS" because otherwise he didnt care.

I never met Jerry Seinfeld, but I have heard he's a real prick. I wonder who's a bigger prick, Seinfeld or Kevin James.
By the way, you realize as of today, Julia Louis Dreyfus is worth something like $3 BILLION dollars? Doesn't really matter if Seinfeld tried to keep all the money. She was born wealthy.

There's many stories out there about Jerry Seinfeld beingb68 a prick to regular people, whether they are fans or not or his show or his act.
In Jerry Seinfeld's view, if you have not achieved a certain level of success, you are a nobody and don't deserve to be treated with respect. -

What, the co-creator, producer, headwriter and leadactor of possibly the most popular sit-com of the nineties earned more than others? Horrors of horrors! And the way he singlehandedly seduced a married woman who, by her own admission was unhappy with the other guy and already regretted it, and no doubt she protested to no avail! The swine! And, let me drop the sarcasm here, there has been written cookbooks like hers since 1971. The idea was neither original or copyrightable.

JS co-created and co-wrote Seinfeld, aside from starring in it. How can the guy who created and wrote it be the weakest link on the show.
He probably earns the most royalties from syndication because, as mentioned, unlike the rest of the cast, he created it -

My boyfriend was riding his motorcycle and ended up at a stoplight next to Jerry Se5b4infeld. He started to chat Jerry up while they were stopped and they ended up pulling to the side of the street and having a full conversation.
So, my judgment is that he seems rather nice. -

I love the Seinfeld show to death, and love the Character Jerry Seinfeld. However, the real Jerry Seinfeld has ALWAYS come off on me as a prick. Just an arrogant, better-than-you, prick.
But i've never actually met him, so I can't say how he really is. He just seems like he's better than everyone (which may be true) -

I have mixed feelings about JS. I own the entire DVD collection, and particular enjoy the EXTRAS on each DVDbut they show a Seinfeld who seems very impressed with himself, bored, and arrogant.
Now, that being said, have you seen his latest pet creation? If not, type in the web address: comediansincarsgettingcoffee.com. It's really quite brilliant.
His support of Michael Richards was impressive. Richards is a comic genius, but has had pretty severe mental health issues, and Jerry always seems to be kind to him.
Finally, I find it gross that he dated a 17 year old girl when he was in his twenties. I don't think he is a pedophile, but that choice (dating a girl who is still in high school) reveals a very immature and undeveloped personality.
That's my 2 cents anyways. I love the show Seinfeld but he is my least favorite character. Followed by Dreyfus. Jason and Michael are the SOLE reasons that show as such a smash hit, imo. -

@LuvvieHowell The episode of CICGC with Richards was so bittersweet - Jerry was urging his friend to stop beating himself up over it, but Richards still wasn't able to, at least not yet.
Finally, I find it gross that he dated a 17 year old girl when he was in his twenties.
Hold onto your lunch, because he was actually in his late 1c8430's when dating Shoshanna Lonstein.
