It will be interesting to see how he styles his hair when
The Blacklist
finishes.The present way he does it suits the character of 'Red' (plus he frequently wears a hat) but might not be appropriate for other parts.

It's hard to deny that he was such a handsome rascal with a full head of hair.and I miss that..
But I don't begrudge anyone that makes a choice to be natural and not go under any kind of knife. I don't expect anyone to do that. I wish more choose not to.

His hairline has receded, but he does indeed still have hair. In fact, he has it on
The Blacklist
. that is not shaved; it is just very short. I found it a little shocking at first, but I am used to it now and I think he looks damn fine.
