Strangest definition of "needs" I've ever encountered.
It might be more interesting to explore why you feel the "need" to dictate how other people must alter their appearances.

He had a beautiful head of hair but, it's gone now. People should just accept it. Hair transplants look ridiculous.

His hairline has receded, but he does indeed still have hair. In fact, he has it on
The Blacklist
. that is not shaved; it is just very short. I found it a little shocking at first, but I am used to it now and I think he looks damn fine.
