AS good as Annette was in American Beauty, Hillary Swank was pretty much solid in her role in Boys Dont Cry deserved her oscar for that, as for Million Dollar Baby I dont know. But either way give this woman her award already.

American Beauty is one of the best movies of all time, IMO. I
loved
The Kids Are All Right but it's tough for any film to compete with American Beauty. Props to Bening for choosing two great projects though. She doesn't always pick the best films to work on, but when she does, it's a hit right out of the park. -

American Beauty without a doubt. She was stellar. As a matter of fact, out of her 3 other nominations, I thought American Beauty was the only one worthy of one. I would have rather seen her nominated for Mother and Child then The Kids are Alright.
