    Husbands (10/10)
A5b4 Woman Under the Influence (10/10)
    Opening Night (10/10)
    Love Streams (10/10)
    Minnie and Moskowitz (10/10)
    Faces (9/10)
The Killing of a Chinese Bookie (8.5/10)
    Shadows (7/10)
    Gloria (3/10)
Still haven't seen Big Trouble, Too Late Blues, or A Child Is Waiting. Although Gloria sorta scared me off of anything studio-related. Doesn't seem like he cared too much about those.
Mikey and Nicky is also incredible.

      John Cassavetes [5 films]
      10/10

      1. Faces
      2. Opening Night
      3. Husbands
        8/10
      4. A Woman Under the Influence
        5/10
      5. Gloria
Gloria and A Woman Under the Influence were my first 2 and I was underwhelmed to the extreme, waited forever to watch anymore. I've loved the more recent 3 I've seen though and will certainly see more in the future.

Love streams was the first one I saw and at first I thought it was good but not great. But now after about two years since I've seen it I think its a masterpiece. Husbands is the last one I saw and it moved me more than the rest. All his films that I've seen are great in my opinion.

Opening Night was the best. I loved Shadows and Chinese Bookie too, but Opening Night really spoke to me.

I've changed my mind now that I've seen Opening Night again. It's probably my all-time favorite film. Still need to see Love Streams. It's so hard to find.

It's got to be either A Woman Under the Influence or Love Streams. Out of his output, these two films had the greatest emotional impact on me.

Opening Night is the one that blows me away. It's criminal how badly the film was treated after its release. It's a shame Cassavetes never lived to see its reputation grow since then. It was ahead of its time and I have seen films that appear to have borrowed from it in some way like All About My Mother, Black Swan, and Birdman.
"Oh I went there, bought a house, moved in b*tch, and now I'm remodeling the kitchen."
