Can you share your Greek yoghurt and cucumber salad dressing please? I like that combo and am looking for options. Reminds me of tzatziki.

It is basically tzatziki! Grated cucumber, fresh lemon squeeze, crushed garlic and cresh cracked peppercorn. I don't really measure anything. It's kinda if you love garlic… load it up lmao.
For use as a dressing do not strain the yogurt or cakes!
I use a pestle and mortar for the garlic and pepper but you can do it how ever.

        Cakes?
I really like tzatziki dressing, but the ones that are premade in the store never seemed to taste quite right. There's something off and it tastes like there's an ingredient in there that shouldn't be.
I have a tricky relationship with garlic. I have a garlic press that I use. I do have a mortar and pestle, but when it comes to garlic, just like onions, I worry that the oils will end up becoming a permanent part of whatever I use to mince or crush it in and end up tainting whatever else is to follow, regardless of how well I scrub it. At least with the garlic press, I know that's the only thing I use it for: garlic.
Do you use full fat yoghurt or 2% or 5%? I like the brand Fage.

I have a small one for just garlic. A large one for other stuff.
I use what ever. I am not really picking and I need calcium.

That's a wise idea, having one just for the garlic.

I use a mini grater for garlic. Works great for me.

I've seen many recipes for overnight oats and it always looks good. I could never get the texture right when I tried it myself. A little too chewy for my liking. I usually cook my oats into oatmeal every morning.

I can't do cooked oats unless it is the steel oats.
True, it can be a little chewy. Try it with the raspberries and chocolate. Oh my lanta!

I may have to try that. I love chocolate chips in my oats also.

Hey Panther, good to see you again 😊
I prepare mine the night before but they get a quick blast in the microwave in the morning to cook them.
I have mine similar to you with oat milk, blueberries and chocolate peanut butter powder, so delicious. I like dates too and apparently very, very good for you.
You stupid fuckers, you know who you are.
