To live in the hearts we leave behind is not to die

I refuse to get into another suicide murder debate because it's ridiculous and this topic needs to friggin die already.
But what irks me is a few things. When people say there was "evidence he was divorcing her". There was actually NO evidence of this. No papers were filed, and not only that, they weren't even
separated
prior to his death. They were still living in the same damn house tog5b4ether. Usually when a couple gets divorced, it is after they have separated for a while. So there was absolutely no factual evidence they were divorcing. They were just struggling and fighting on and off because both were battling drug addictions.
Couples who fight a lot threaten divorce all the time. There was nothing indicating that they were actually going to do it. I personally believe the reason divorce was even threatened was because Kurt was mad that Courtney gave him an ultimatum that he needed to go to rehab or he wouldn't see Frances anymore. I'm sure that set him off which led him to out of anger, speak of divorcing her but again NOTHING was official. Not even close.
Second, I hate it when people make it seem like Courtney needed Kurt's money because she had none. Courtney was making money going on tour. Not only that but her album "Live Through This" was completed months before Kurt's death and it was an OBVIOUS hit album. Every song on there was perfection. So there was no doubt she'd make a fortune off of it which she did end up doing. So she didn't need to have Kurt's money. She was making her own. -

Anyone who thinks that Courtney killed him just doesn't know the real Courtney. She's far from perfect, but would she kill her own husband, the father of her child? I
strongly
doubt it.
This whole murder thing started out as a silly little rumor in 1995, and now, it's blown up into something huge and ridiculous.
These conspiracists desperately cling on to the murder conspiracy because they don't want to accept the fact that their idol chose to end his life.
If Courtney truly wanted him dead, don't you think that she could've easily let him die of those overdoses he had? Guess what? She revived him from thoseI read this quote of Courtney's where she said that it got to the point of where she was carrying around Naloxone - a drug that revives an opiate overdose. Do you think that she'd do this if she wanted him to die? I don't think so.
He killed himself. Move on. -

I'm not talking about Courtney, but we all know he had way too much heroin on his blood system to be able to shoot himself. And there's the other issues, too many to list.
And the rumours didn't start in 95', it started in 94'.

Courtney Love is a sociapath and extremely shrewd and cunning. Almost everyone who knew her will tell you that and almost everyone who who knew her are also scared of her and many won't go on record against her. So to paint her as this helpless junkie who can't even tie her shoes is completely inaccurate. And to paint her as someone who could never hurt the father of her child is again, flat out wrong.
Even Francis Bean has emancipated herself from Courtney at this point and refers to Courtney as "my biological mother". As apposed to "my mom" or even "Courtney".

That's how it is on every board with every idol, whether it's a gun, overdose, car crash, slipped on a banana peel ..

How I wish he's death was clear and we all can say that he offed himself.
But there's too many dirty, unclear issues regarding Kurt's death
Maybe he was the one who pay someone to pull the trigger5b4, who knows, but it's all very odd I'm a Nirvana fan since 1991 (yes, I live in a third world country, so I didn't knew them before), and I was devastated when Kurt died, but he's not the first musician or actor I admire who uses drugs or tried to kill himself.
