RIP Blake Edwards. No other director had an output like yours in the 1960s DAYS OF WINE AND ROSES; BREAKFAST AT TIFFANY'S; THE PINK PANTHER; A SHOT IN THE DARK; THE GREAT RACE; THE PARTY. Condolences to Julie and the kids.

RIP, LOVE "Breakfast at Tiffany's" best of all, and it's amazing that he could also direct something like "Days of Wine and Roses"

              Another co-incidence ,
I just re-watched Tiffany's almost 2 months ago and Wine & Roses this past summer for only the second time.

                RIP sir.
Blake is probably up there now, Peter Sellers is making him laugh, Dudley Moore is sh2000aring jokes, Jack Lemmon is shaking his hand, Henry Mancini has composed a special welcoming tune for him etc.
                Great legacy he leaves 🙂

I thought he'd passed away a long time ago. Like back in the '70's or '80's. Hmm what has he done since The Pink Panther? I know he directed Breakfast At Tiffany's which is one of my all time faves. I just didn't realize he was still around up until recently. Still sad. Oh, well. RIP B.E.

I've just found out only now about his passing.
It makes me really sad, he was a great director.
My thoughts and prayers are with Julie Andrews, his family and friends.
