Adam Sandler should go full frontal, he needs to do something different. Michael Fassbender, Tom Hardy and Jason Segel have all gone full frontal and it hasn't hurt their careers any. He should just let hang in it's natural glory.
Why not? -

Fassi wnet with his birthday suit coming out of the shower in Shame. Jason Segel was more brazen, he went full frontal for several minutes at the beginning of Forgetting Sarah Marshall.
Adam Sandler should do one better than Segel by dancing and shaking his naughty bits. It can't hurt.

I've always considered Sandler an underrated actor.
I've seen most of Paul Thomas Anderson's films, he was exceptionally good in Punch Drunk Love. Infinitely better than Tom Cruise in Magnolia. And, unlike Magnolia, PDL is not an ensemble film. Sandler is the co-lead with Phillip Seymour Hoffman, he had to bring his A game or be made to look rediculous opposite Hoffmann. Had he taken on more challenging roles after PDL, his career would be in a much different place today.
He could have even taken a page from Fassi's playbook and done an epic scene like this (no nudity): -

Margot Robbie went full frontal in The Wolf of Wall Street, she was breathtaking.
Sandler should have done the scene in Click where he abuses David Hasselhoff in the nude. Can you imagine Hoff holding that pose with Sandler's hairy, sweaty ass crack in his facemaybe even shards of toilet paper.
