He did I just realised too he did a doco on her. Marc Christian said Rock talked of Monroe constantly even years when she died. I agree, Monroe could turn anyone into anything, too bad she could never maker herself happy though.

Rock like many gay men were/are in awe of Marilyn Monroe. It is NOT a sexual thing. Just like straight men being in awe of another man.

Hudson was gay, but he also liked women, and had affairs with them, so that WOULD make him technically bi. He had a wild tryst with Mamie Van Doren on her kitchen floor, lol. It's in her book. Fun read.
