Ok, he might have been wining from time to time, but he was emotional, sensitive, warm and protective - he was such a sweet guy! And he's handsome too
He wasn't my absolute favourite character (which would be Chandler) but he was far from my least favourite either (that would be Monica). Ross had some really humorous moments -

Ross was one of the only real characters. They made Joey dumber as it went on. They made Monica more of a clean freak as it went on. They made Phoebe more "promiscuous" as it went on. Etc.
Ross wasn't that whiny, and for those who complain about Ross Well, what do you think you're doing? Whining.
Ross should be real. I want to know where he got his dinosaur watch from.

I couldn't disagree more. I don't mean to start a long talkjust I truly love the type of man he plays. Chandler makes me laugth the most.. but Ross is the kind of guy I'd surely date. for he's very sensitive, at the same time funny and sweet. He's not a macho, a tough guy, or the one who likes playing hard to get and so.. but he's kind, tender and I just like him heaps.

Again, maybe what you said could be true if we divide women in two categories: under and over let's say 27.. when I was twenty I was probably going after the tough man now at the age of 32. I assure you it's the ross type of guy I would feel most comfortable with. plus he's not that whining. I like the sensitive and sweet part of him. plus there's no perfection among humans being he's got his flaws like everyone else
or if you want here comes my UTOPY: the man of my dreams should be as funny as Chandler, as sensitive and sweet as Ross, as good in bed as joey. but sadly that is not possible to take just the qualities we like the most in each single individual and leave their flaws behin, ultimately transfer them into one single guy or girl. So you gotta deal with something .not easy but possible.

that's not it..it's not because my clock is ticking and I have to settle down it's because I have become more mature and allow me to say also " wiser ". it's not cause I'm scared to be alone or I want security it's because being with tough guy does not make me feel good and on the other hand I do feel good, comfortable, at peace with someone like Ross who's by the way can still get me hot .

I don't agree.and in some ways with your first sentence you have compromised your position. why would you automatically define someone like ross as boring? then the girls are totally right in trying to go after the tough guy which ultimately result being more interesting? so if you want there is a reason why girls opt for bastards cause they are more interesting.. that would make sense I got lost in my own thoughts now.
Non v238ero quello che dici o perlomeno non vale per me. un po' un'opinione che mi sono fatta sentendo in giro le opinioni delle persone ma anche in questo caso non s quanto possano essere attendibili.
Da ragazzini si giustamente trascinati solo dalla passione ed ovvio che siamo piu' attirati da chi ci f penare.. poi col crescere l'amore viene vissuto e interpretato in maniera piu' adulta e matura ed inevitabilmente ci sono altre esigenze importanti quali trovare un uomo che ti dia anche sicurezza, che possa essere un buon padre etc. di c5b4erto non mi impegnerei mai con uno come COSTANTINO per esempio MA TUTTO QUESTO NON E' QUELLO CHE TU E L'ALTRO TIPO STATE DICENDO.

Ho capito quello che il tipo ha scritto, non voglio apparire esaltata, ma l'inglese la mia passione, ma tu - e questo lo hai detto in italiano - gli hai dato ragione quindi come se ti fossi schierato da quella parte.
Io non sono d'accordo tutto qui, per lo meno non stata la mia esperienza, e forse normale, tendere a esprimere giudizi generali basandosi solo sulla propria esperienza, e forse il tipo stato lasciato per un qualcun altro, che ne s.
