Or perhaps she just changed her mind about marriage because she met the right person. People have been known to change their opinions, you know.
That's just doing a disservice to women who really do not want to get married
How? She once thought she didn't want to get married then met someone who made her reconsider her views. There's nothing wrong with that. This happens to people all the time. There's no need to shame her just because she didn't meet the expectations that you, a complete stranger to Jessica, had of her.
The real disservice here is expecting some woman you've never met to live up to your own personal beliefs of how you choose to live your life.

I'm with you. When I saw her in blade Trinity (she was basically the only redeeming quality of it) she motivated me to get my butt off the couch and work out. She also comes across as very likable and decent. I'm looking forward to seeing her in Total Recall

The DVD extra features include information that she worked for weeks to develop some skill as an archer. She did that so she would look authentic in her part in the movie!
She apparently started as a gymnast, and that requires a LOT of work, dedication, and discipline. She has brought those qualities to her work as an actress, and is better for it, (IMHO). -

I'm definitely with you. I can't help it; I'm a sucker for a foxy chick with a great bod who can actually act her way out of a paper bag, and have an adult conversation afterward. Maybe it's just me and you, judging from some of the comments here. And if so, so whatI like small clubs anyway.

I don't get the hate either. I used to dislike her cause almost every word I heard out of guys mouth was how hot Jessica was. I'm not a fan of hers but I think she's a good actress and that she is very pretty.

I don't hate her, I just find her and her roles very forgettable. Saw her in the Illusionist, and can't remember how she was. Saw her in Blade Trinity, vaguely remember her being passable in a film stuffed with mediocrity. I think I've seen her in other things but for the life of me I can't remember. Also she just seems bland in all the trailers I've seen her in, from Total Recall to Tall Man.

I think the reason people hate her is because she's the epitome of bland, her performances are bland, her delivery is bland, her looks are bland, and she's just extraordinarily bland in every sense of the word. Believe me, I don't hate her or anything but when I see that she's in a movie I expect to be bored.

I think I know what you mean in this context though.
I liked Jessica Biel in Easy Virtue. Haven't seen much else with her except that Blade-crap.
He just knew he had to keep running to keep from screaming.

You hit it on the head. There is nothing mindblowing about her and her hype is tiresome. Those who play the 'their just jelus' cards should wonder why their logic falls apart when we dont show equal blasee-ness about truly beautiful actresses. We can name a few.

I don't hate Jessica. She's got a pretty face and a beautiful figure, and while she's not the best actress she's far from the worst.
She did well on "7th Heaven."
I've not seen any of her movies.
I do think she is ridiculous to take her husband's last name though. If you're still trying to make yourself into a bankable actress (or even if you're already established!), you keep your OWN last name.
Not someone who you could, unfortunately, divorce in a year or two.
