Just saw her on Two and a Half Men, and holy crap!! She's astounding!
I always thought it would be Nicole Eggert who'd always be the prettiest (and she is really nice) but wowsers! Josie's perfection!

It's not unusual for a not-so-hot teen to grow up and be more beautiful than her former teen peers. I learned this after my first class reunion, and it's even more apparent 30 years later.
I didn't recognize this chick either and came here to see who she was. She definitely looks better than the other girl who was cuter on Charles in Charge.

She was hot back in the first episode of CinC. You losers just couldn't see it. They kept her natural. Now everything she does, she's wearing layers of make-up and TRYING to be what Hollywood (and the LOSERS in the viewing audience) want her to be, just so she can have a moderate career.
