Bingo - if you look at her neck, you can see her age. That's one area that it's hard to hide.
Some people really, really don't look their ages, especially from a distance. I got mistaken for 22 today. I turned 38 last month.

Well, it wouldn't be the first time an actor played a character younger than their real age. Doesn't anyone else remember Andrea in the original Beverly Hills, 90210 series? Pretty much the same boat.

Yeah I saw her today in The Mentalist. Theres NO WAY in hell she's 40.
Glad to know IMDB is wrong and its 1977 instead. Makes much more sense. Cos she was not 30 while doing Dawson's Creek lol.

I was shocked when I recently read that too,according to her imdb filmography she was 28 or 29 when she got her first credit,I thought that was about how old she is now.I wonder what her secret is for looking so young.She,s a lovely woman and I always enjoy her when I see her in anything.She,s got one of those smiles that draws everyone to smile too.I,m watching her in an 07 ep of 'Bones' and would never guess she,s over 30 at the time.She,s definitely in my 'Yummy' list.;-)

I'm shocked. I thought she was in her early 30's like now. Then, I thought she was as old as the actors, their early to mid 20's. She must take very good care of her skin to look so young.

There's a lot of people, even in the "ordinary" world, that do not look their age, but actually look younger. I look younger than my age. And Meredith, just like Dana Barron, is a lucky one!

Isn't it terrifying that you're thought of as old at 40. Screwed up world IMO.

i came across a old tv guide issue 5b4from january 1999 which says she'd 22. all i can say is good work meredith! Kevin Williamson said "we found an amazing girl!" Guessing the insecure losers behind the scenes couldn't stand it that she pulled a fast one on them. Good job! Saw her on Californication, yeah!!!!!!
