just finished watching episode 6 of season 4 and it's pretty clear she's not the mother. In fact I'm glad, hated how stella was all bitchy on Ted

The mother was in Ted's "class" the first day he taught (when he started lecturing in the wrong room), but he didn't meet her then. Wouldn't he notice his ex-fiance in the room?
