OHMSS was a great Bond movie but Lazenby was not a great Bond

I think people who kept saying Lazenby was the best Bond and therefore a great actor were mistaken. You need to separate the actor from the movie. OHMSS was a great Bond movie, but Lazenby was not a great Bond. How could he? He didn't have the acting experiences, he didn't have the screen presence needed to play Bond. In fact, he was really awful playing Bond
If you look at later movies Lazenby starred in, you could really see his limitation as an actor. Compared to Sean Connery, who actually got nominated and won an Oscar for his role in Untouchable. So clearly, Connery was a much better actor than Lazenby.
