Technically this is correct, but the implications of what happened outweigh the legality. For starters it happened while he was still married and that was only the tip of the iceberg. Doesn't bode well with the royals you see..

Still though, the legal age may be 16 but its kinda ****ed up that Andy WANTED it no? 17 year olds are still kids, mentally and physically too, so while it may be legal, u are still ****ing a kid.
I always thought the legal age law was made for kids them self, to tell them when they can start meeting other teens and having sex and that these creepy adults always used it as a loophole as the law does not state specifics.
Lets say you knew a man in his 30s who was trying to chat up 16/17 years olds, you think he is a creep right? Only you could not really do anything about it because it is legal. -
