I'm honestly surprised he does not have that much excess skin figuring there'd be much more. Could the muscles have prevented him from looking like that poor kid who lost a ton of weight but had hanging skin like June Booboo who had hers removed before gaining it all back.
Lilith didn't you say something about cells once the fat is lost it's still there like a deflated ballon?

Thank you so much for the explanation, Lilith. Yes I remember we talked a few years ago when I had broken 2 bones in my left foot and they didn't heal right. You were so knowledgeable about fitness.

Unfortunately there is pain. My driveway is 100 yards from the main road where the trash bins are. I can only do 1 lap down and back due to the pain. I wish I had gotten fitted for the boot but I was too stubborn and did everything I normally do thru the pain.

If I might, have you considered wearing orthotic inserts in your shoes? And I do mean every single shoe you wear, from your sneakers to your shoes to your boots. Everything. They really do help IF you get the right ones. I can help if you're interested.
I've seen some commercials for them. Won't hurt to try some type of pain relief. Thank you, Lilith for the suggestion it's very helpful.

The pic on the left is likely from 2006-ish. He dropped the weight with a sugarless diet back then. He's developed the bodybuilding look for the last 6 years. He was in Wolf of Wall Street in 2013 when he started lifting. There were some articles of him riding bikes to get more in shape then also.

When I lost 24 lbs I had some sagging on my butt. I've gained some weight back so no more sagging but I would like to get down to 118, 120
