You are spreading lies and that is libel and defamation and the burden of proof would, in this case, be on you. Get that part right! My attorney educated me quite well on Libel and Defamation.
That's not true. The plaintiff is the one who has to show burden of proof, not the defendant. The defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty. I learned that in my 8th grade U.S. Constitution class you may want to pass that along to your 'attorney.'
bernard_65 I have been posting on this forum for almost ten years and have had a ton of debates and disagreements with other posters, but I've never been threatened to be sued over a post, like you did here -

If you really are a 'good friend' of Jay like you say, that says more about him than about you. And you never answered ToosieJoie's question about Jay naming his clans if he really is native American. You talked in circles, threw out some names of real native actors and told her 'never to address' you again. This makes you sound highly suspect of your agenda here - in every post you threatened lawsuits and say Jay will file suits. Again, this says more about Jay than about you.
You haven't been posting here long on imdb, just over a month. Maybe you got all worked up over nothing but here's some friendly advice - everyone has the right to their opinion and they can't be sued for it. And be careful about throwing around the lawsuit threat thin2000g. Some people will blow it off like me but someone else may think it's serious, print it out and show their local police department. If they think it's serious, it's then forwarded to the District Attorney's office. Try to remember these are just opinions, just words on a page. -

Thank you, FlutteringButterly, I will do just that. It's very difficult to take someone seriously when every other sentence is the threat of a lawsuit and have been only posting here a little over a month.

She changes ID'S more often than some change their socks. She's had many, many accounts which is why her latest dates from January. She's an impostor and first class liar. You cannot have a real discussion with her and she's been run off many a board.

I'm not even sure if it's a boy or girl! Why all the threats? Has she/he been banned before? And if she/he is really a 'good friend' of Jay's, that puts Jay in a not very good light. Whoever that is, they are the very definition of troll.

She's a middle aged woman. She claims to know all sorts of actors. Nobody believes her - she's been caught lying many times. Nobody understands what she wants as she brags about some pretty mundane achievements that no one really cares about. She's seems to a nobody who wants to be a celebrity which is fine when she's at home but why come on to an Internet forum and try to impress a bunch of strangers who couldn't give a damn about her? She then threatens to sue people for not believing her bulls-. Like I said, several screws missing.
Just put her in ignore. Best policy all around as there is no reasoning with her. -

Why would someone show the police a threat about bringing a lawsuit? Why would the District Attorney's office be involved? In what state is it illegal to say you're going to sue someone?
