Curious about eating five guys

The signs on the buildings (at least some of them) used to have that name. Also, on Wikipedia, it says, "Five Guys Enterprises, LLC (doing business as Five Guys Burgers and Fries and Five Guys)" on Wikipedia.
It also shows this as the logo:

That's what the signs say now, but they used to have the full name (at least the locations I've seen).
