I'd say it was her beautiful eyes and smile.
The insinuation was that Brits don't know what fluoride is and that her teeth were bad.
The joke doesn't work because her teeth are not bad.

I watched the sketch online and while it wasn't funny at all I don't think the joke was meant to be about the British having bad teeth. I didn't even know this woman was British. The false teeth they used were nearly identical to hers.

It was a joke about her teeth but I don't think it had anything to do with her being British. It was about her specifically having odd looking teeth, which she does. It's something she has talked about herself many times.
