From Spyke's list, Mystikal is dope, too, and so's RATM, but I wouldn't call them a rap group. Obie Trice has some talent, or he used to, at least. Most of those rappers are better than Wayne though.
I'll give BTNH's album a listen since their early beep is dope, though I only have Creepin' -

Only one I like out of those is Royce. Kanye beep sucks, in my opinion, though at least he has some talent for production.
I couldn't agree more with Vinnie Paz when he says "Kanye West, gay rapper, that's where lines are drawn.". -

Guru from Gang Starr is my favorite rapper of all time and would destroy Lil' Wayne in any rap battle.

asen, I thought it was hilarious of all the rappers you named meaning like everyone is better than Lil' Wayne but the "are 'some' that come to mind" was the icing on the cake.

The fact is, the reason you say underground rappers can't be better than your beloved "Weezy F Baby" is because you simply don't have the the intellectual capacity to understand hip hop. I'm not saying he's garbage, because there are countless trash rappers out in the mainstream today, and he's one of the more skilled manstream MC's (which isn't saying much at all) but seriously, he's NOTHING compared to real MC's. When you're stimulated by a line like "I stay on the bread like sesame seeds" that says more about you than him. I don't care if you like him, but please if you think he's the best rapper alive, or even close, you know nothing about hip hop.
