One reason for her bringing up that story is to try and galvanize the womens' vote for Hilary.

A woman who molested her little sister for a decade and lied about being raped endorsing a woman who ignored her husband's affairs and sexual assaults on women.
Why women would ever vote for Hillary is beyond me.

He must be alluding to the DNC and the likes of Lena Dunham et al.
This is great! The 45th President of The United States of America basically just called Lena Dunham an ugly fading star. HA!
