    Hmmm… I don't think it's Kes and I think most of the other British films I know from that era would have been shot in or around London.

                        I was literally about to say come with the same answer but I didnt guess it i looked it up. Typed in " 1960s films set in north west england " and the first thing that came up was a reddit post about this movie, so i looked it up on wiki and saw the 3 kids on the cover and was like B-B-B-BINGO!!!
                        And honestly? you should up your game and make these harder, if a dumb dicknose like me can find it in less than 5 minutes.
