Can you ****ing blame them? We overthrew their democratically elected prime minister in 1953, installed the brutal dictatorship of the Shah (1953-79), shot down an Iranian passenger plane in 1988 killing 290 people, supported Iraq in the Iran-Iraq war during the 1980s, and then Trump killed their leading general in 2020.
And now US weapons are being used to destroy Tehran.
Um, yeah, their hatred for the US is completely understandable. -

Not to mention the US froze hundreds of millions of dollars worth Iranian assets in the 1970s/80s and basically stole it from Iran.
