Although ColonelFaulkner's interpretation is probably correct, in my eyes it also looked like she was lusting after him. But I did notice that when Jake told the guests how much money he made, she seemed to lose interest a bit.
What do you think the teacher's gonna look like this year?

The novelty about Jake wore off on her after he said that, but it didn't nor should it matter. Jake could probably care less because he was there for Lynn. He was kind of stalkery, but that's a whole different matter altogether
The woman at the party definately gave Jake a once over when he left though
