YES, there is a Children of the corn 2 DVD. I was in my local path mark today and I was looking at some of the DVD racks, where they sell movies for low prices. I saw the Children of the corn 2 DVD. The cover has a sort of black and white-ish looking picture of Micah shining a flashlight. I think it was about $9.99. And no, it was not a bootleg, first off it looked like a real DVD, and plus Path Mark would get in trouble if they sold bootleg DVD's. So yes, the movie is on DVD.

I didn't buy the DVD at my local path mark. But just as a question X0X-SOUTH PARK LOVER-X0X, where did you get your DVD copy, and does it have the same cover as I described. And if I could ask, I didn't get to see the disc, does the disc have some kind of picture on it, if so what does that look like?????

As a true fan, I must admit to be extremely unfair that this DVD has not yet come out on DVD. My opinion is this film deserves a true collector's or special edition with the highest DVD transafer. I think I have been able to figure out why this hasn't happened. If you look closely in the beginning both the Paramount logo and Dimension Films which back then was a " division of Miramax Films " appear, so this must be a battle between this two studios. Also oddly related it's " Hellraiser III : Hell on Earth ", same producer and same both studios. Let's just wait and see what happens, hopefully they'll take COTC II into consideration.

, it has the transformation scene, but I'm not sure about the sound. I'll post when I watch it.

It does have the voice change. And the face turns into a monster, is that the version you U.S. friends saw?

Yes. But we have that ridiculous bootleg one. I like my VHS copy so much better. And on another note (Above, I was JamesWestport), the transfer is horrible AND in full screen. My VHS looks better than that piece of crap.

I want the DVD so bad, because I now own 1, and 3-5. (Eventually will be getting 6-7), but in my collection of DVD's, it look weird, outta the 7 moveies, one just being a random VHS. Someday I hope they release it on DVD! A true DVD.
