do you think it sends a bad message?
Claire Forlani's character falls in love with (or at least a very strong attraction to) 2 completely different that happen to share the same body. One could surmise that looks had a large part in it. Can be viewed as superficial.
Not saying I completely agree that's the case, just kinda borderline trolling while watching to start a (hopefully civil) discussion -

I don't think so.
I don't believe 1 person can only fall for 1 type of person. You could tell Claire really liked the man she met at the coffee shop. She even said to him that what he said to her was too perfect, it was scary. They both really hit it off, I don't think it was only about looks.
You can tell her feelings changed when she got to know the man who showed up after the car accident. She didn't really like him anymore, but then eventually she fell for him again. I think her feelings for him from the beginning added to falling in love with the new man.
That doesn't mean she can't fall for the original man again. She very well can since they liked each other in the beginning.
Hopefully this all makes sense lol
