I liked it enough to get the DVD, and I also recommended the film to a few friends (something I rarely do). Everyone that rented it liked in, and two of them bought the DVD. It is a decent evenings entertainment, and it is particularly good for mixed company (male and female) as it has good military scenes and romance. I agree with Tik-Toks post. If you think this film is really bad, then you havent seen enough really bad movies yet.

I liked it, but it really is a matter of opinion. You may have a different opinion than me and think that it was a horrible movie, but if you like this kind of movie like i do you with thoroughly enjoy it. If you are interesting in this movie what so ever, i advise you to go see it. Dont listen to people on here that say its a waste of time, it is worth it.
      But,as i saidits a matter of opinion.
      You choose!!

I was suprised, I really liked this movie a lot! My favorite, of course, was wes bentley. He is such an amazing actor and he did such a wonderful character. It's like I felt what he was feeling and it was emotional. Very sad when he lost his sight. The only thing that sucked was that he didn't end up w/anybody. DAMN! Anyways, I thought it was great overall.

I was also quite surprised by this film. It had a little of everything in it and the actors pulled the scenes very well, I give it a two thumbs up.

I won't compare this with the 1939 classic version of The Four Feathers (or the 1929 version, but I haven't seen that one), but I liked Shekhar Kapoor's remake. It held my attention, the acting was not always good, but I had two hours of old-fashioned fun anyway!

I absolutely LOVED this movie as well . Movies like this, The Patriot and Gattaca i.m.h.o. are really under rated. So many people say these movies are crap and that just blows my mind. Great movie , one to own !

I love this film too. The original 1939 version is about to aire and i'm wondering if I should watch it. I enjoyed both the The Patriot and Gattaca as well.

                          i wholeheartly agree
I can believe that some people doesn't like these kind of films or think it isn't the truth that is shown. But i never saw anything pointing out that way. It's just a great action adventure story that can compete with most well made movies in it's genre. There's drama, action, romance in it and all waved in a very well shot cinematic way.
My wife and me did enjoy watching it!
