Brent's dance isn't the funniest moment. What is?

The " think there was a rape up there" scene was very funny and Martin Freeman says in a discussion of that scene that it was very difficult for him to suppress his laughter when they filmed that scene because Ricky Gervais said it so naturally, it was like hearing it for the first time. Even though they'd all read the script and rehearsed it, it was like he just made it up right there.
Another scene I found very funny is the one where Brent is busy firing the forklift driver and the latter has to explain the difference between a midget and a dwarf, after which, Gareth asks seriously, "So what is an elf?" Part of the genius of that scene is the guy who is busy fixing Brent's computer at the time, his expressions and the way he is listening in to the conversation is priceless. -

That is hysterical. They are firing him and all of a sudden the IT guy's head appears. -

The "F-cking Hell!" Brent gives when the motivational speaking people decide they don't want to continue with him. He gives up his cool, calm faade and explodes.
"Don't cry, it is to be. In time, I'll take away your miseries and make 'em mine. D'Evils." -

When Tim and Dawn are looking through the signs that Gareth has printed (and messed up) when he borrowed the spare office for his investigation.
"How is the
invetigation
going Gareth?"
And although previously mentioned I also loved the look on Gareth's face when he got into the sidecar for a lift home from the nightclub.
Finally, a special mention for the stapler in the jelly incident! -

When Brent confronts the staff over his nicknames. Brent at his best. His annoyance at the Bluto nickname, only to find he is also called Mr. Toad LOL. Then he suggests the staff should be insulting Keith over his weight and glasses.
The ending "Mr Toad! I can't" LOL
What is that thing you're using?. It's technical. -

- Brent speaking about himself in third person when he is being interviewed by the Inside Paper. "Brent mused," "Brent quipped,"
- Brent saying "good die young" after he got made redundant.
- Fatty fatty toad boy
- When Gareth wants to cheer Rachel up after Tim dumped her.
Tim: Don't take Dirty Bertie. I beg you. Don't take Bertie.
