Should Honk have figured out it was Walt a lot sooner?

Those are all great points, TJ. Thanks for listing them… but I feel that you underestimate just how much a person - even an ace detective like Hank - could be stuck in a mindset. Preconception is a powerful thing. Imagine if my late grandmother - one of the sweetest and most pure-hearted women I've ever known - was secretly a criminal mastermind dealing drugs. I could never believe such a thing about my grandmother in a million years. Similarly, Hank couldn't believe Hank was a criminal mastermind in a million years. Eventually he put the pieces together, but he had to overcome an absolutely huge mental block that stopped him from ever considering Walt as a criminal.
But… something I do enjoy is the numerous times where Hank gets a confused look in his eyes, as he first encounters a number of those hints you mentioned. No doubt, he just chose to ignore the hints at the time.
What I find interesting about Hank's character is that he's a doofus too… incompetent in a number of ways (e.g. he just couldn't handle a manager job), but detective work was something - the ONLY thing - where he excelled. -

Yeah, seems like a a guy like Honk would've picked up on that. Though, given his confirmation biases regarding Walt, he probably just thought Walt was acting nervous about having someone break into his lab.

Well I've got news for you, she was! And bitch owes me a lot of money, so if she don't want her legs broken, tell her she better pay up! -

It's like car doors, no matter the situation most of the time people will shut or slam a car door. Seriously be on the look out for scenes where people exit a car in a hurry in TV and film I bet you 9/10 times they will shut it lol

He could have killed him just as easily then as he did in the end, then we would have better plots that didn't involve this fat bald jerk and his **** of a wife.

No surprises there. He's a cop. Cops are notoriously stupid.
Cops seem to only be able to function well in a group while beating blacks to death in the streets.

How long and how often were you in prison again?

Hank shouldn't have wondered how he got the fake phone call about Marie being in a car accident. He phoned Walt asking if he remembered if Pinkman had an RV. Jesse leaves his house not long after.
At that point I'm not sure if he forgot that when he encountered Tuco in the desert he was looking for Pinkman's car because Walt was missing.
He should have been suspicious by this time.
