Why is the "Soapbox" so easily triggered?

Is talking about sex on a platform that's not overly exposed to the masses indicative of mental illness? I did not know this.

Sorry, it's in the middle of the night. I just woke up for no reason and now my roommate is having a loud phone conversation on his phone while in the restroom.
I couldn't care less about retard sex posts from a group of weirdo from the soapbox board right now. -

I feel like they all should come to you house and spit on you for looking down on them even the white people who live in apartments. -

I am aware of such domestic arrangements. I have to drive past somewhere like that on my way to the office.
I'm just not sure the bathroom in those places ever gets called a restroom. That makes it sound public. It adds a layer of tragedy to your story.
I hope your living conditions improve soon and you get a bathroom. -

I don't think the Soapbox as a whole is triggered. I think certain sensitive posters who see themselves as representative soapboxers are vexed that the message board of an admittedly inferior series should be held up as a paragon of board-excellence. And they have good reason to be vexed.
