I think the Loch Henry one with the video camera was more about the fame surrounding true crime/snuff and how technology makes it more accessible and thereby sanitises the horriic reality of it all while turning a profit for those seeking to exploit it.
I too missed the "What if" tech kick normally associated with Black Mirror Loki but I don't mind a little bit of retrospection when taking the potential darkness of humanity of how it uses whatever technology is available to them at any given moment as a means to look to today also.
I'd say the weakest use of technology this season is probably the Mazey Day episode as I think it needs a proper deep dive into its lore to see if something more can be salvaged from it more suited to a Black Mirror concept.
I still enjoyed it though

How would you rank the episodes Juan?
For me demon stood out from the rest…but I find it difficult to fill out the other three. Enjoyed them all…but don't know that i loved any of the rest.

I liked them all though, just in very different ways. But this would be my order of preference right now

I like your take above in regards to the show implementing the tech available at he time of the more retro episodes.
Of the entire catalog of seasons…how far into the future and how far back in the past do you reckon the show has gone? I assume 1979 is the furthest back. -

Do you actually rate this show since the transition to Netflix?
I'm a big fan of the show but it's gone so downhill since it moved from ch4.
Smithereens is the only recent episode that is truly excellent, purely down to Andrew Scott.

I read somewhere that Charlie Brooker is hoing to have a side piece called Red Mirror which solely focuses on the horror trope stories, that could be fun

I may have seen it but that's going back 15 years now and so I can't quite say for sure
I'll see if I can't find some clips on YouTube and see if it jogs any memories, if it doesn't I'll certainly find a copy. I do like me some British zombeh action comedy

It does what it needs to…it makes me want to rewatch with an eye for chronological detail!

I remember the show for sho', but it goes into the Sense8/Touch/Limitless backboiler for memory
If everyone put a bit of work in (Or wwe had a imited access Wiki on the site) we could garnish some quality content which would make this place more easily found by search engines - I don't think that there is a forum with content like we have here

absolutely correct on that score Juan! the forums are just the surface…potentially tens of thousands of streaming movie titles…every conceivable bell and whistle as far as embeddable media (and an admin that if we don't have…we will if ya ask nicely…and it isn't retarded(looking at you

) hell…i found over a dozen old school video games available to play last winter…that SNES stuff and sega! i even thhink the clientel has seen improvement! -

Limited access Wiki would be a Wikipedia backend hierarchy which would only allow certain users to update it. It would be more of a resource for reference for popular movies and TV sshow (Perhaps covering them all eventually when trusted editors can be found).
General Discussion is fun and all but it could scare away certain people and many of those who use GD today would love to muck up the Wiki so it's about balancing the fun with having content which brings in more people for the fun (And content!).
Online multiplayer video games could be a nice feature, but keep the advertisements down to a minimum to allow for quality purposes.
